What to expect
Expect to laugh and cry with our children. We are responsible for looking after children coming from difficult environments and have been placed into care. You will work in one of our residential children’s homes as part of a small professional team. You will need to be resilient and you will be tested at times. You will work on a shift pattern that includes nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

We support our staff to grow with us and develop. If you have no experience, we will support you in completing the level 4 Children and young people’s workforce qualification. If you are looking to develop into a managerial role, we will support you in completing a level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.

You will be supported daily by a close team, a Trainee Registered Manager, Registered Manager, plus the Area Manager, the HR and Training Team and our mental well-being service.
