Children’s Residential Registered Manager
Salary circa £30,000 - £42,000 (depending upon qualifications and experience) + bonus scheme

The Place, Young People’s Company are a leading provider of care for children with all our homes on the boarders of Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Managers to run one of our 3 – 4 bed children’s home, working within our therapeutic framework.
You and your team will be working with children aged between 7-17 years old to provide a nurturing and positive ‘parenting’ environment and building positive relationships with the children in our care, meeting their needs, safeguarding them at all times, and working to the standards set in children’s legislation and the homes working practices. Our ideal candidate will have considerable managerial experience in children’s homes or similar and will bring with them considerable knowledge and expertise for the running of our home. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential as we can provide training and support to help you achieve this qualification.
