Children’s Therapeutic Care Worker
Salary circa £22,400 – £23,700 depending upon qualifications, experience and inclusive of sleep-ins

The Place, Young People’s Company are a leading provider of care for children with all our homes on the boarders of Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. Due to growth, we are looking for enthusiastic Children’s Residential Care Workers who can work within our therapeutic framework in our 3-4 bed residential homes. You will be part of a team working with children aged between 7-17 years old to provide a nurturing and positive ‘parenting’ environment and build positive relationships with the children in our care, meeting their needs, safeguarding them at all times, and working to the standards set in children’s legislation and the homes working practices. You should be trustworthy, honest, compassionate, and reliable. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and experience working in children's homes is desirable but not essential as we provide full training.
