The Rock is a home for one young person, aged 16 or over, and provides a transition service to help them make a successful move into adulthood and independent living.

The young person staying at The Rock will have experienced attachment disorder, past trauma, emotional and behavioural difficulties, self-harm behaviour, ASD, CSE or mild learning difficulties, but will be ready to take the next step towards independence.

It has a lower level of staff support than our other homes. Staffing is provided at a level which is suitable for the individual young person and their own needs and aspirations.

The Rock helps young people to gain the skills and knowledge they will need to live a full and independent life in the community.
